Loved the prime location right in the bustle of times square! the room was clean, but a bit out-of-date. Friendly staff and great amenities. Breakfast service needs improvement. Overall, a solid base for exploring nyc! 🏙️🍎

A contemporary hotel with plenty of luxurious rooms to relax in. Booked a room on the 32nd floor. We had amazing meals in the property ; visited Tgi Fridays based not far away. They had an early check-in.

Stayed in Times Square. The room was comfy, LOVED the separate areas. The breakfast was a letdown. Staff were hit or miss. Not sure if I'd pick it again. The room looked better in photos. Overall, still a cool experience.

The W New York - Times Square hotel was a complete disappointment, with issues ranging from lack of heat and hot water to dated facilities. However, the staff, especially Andrew, offered helpful assistance. On the positive side, the hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, with modern interiors and a vibrant atmosphere in the bar. The location was convenient, walking distance to many iconic landmarks. my stay was enjoyable thanks to the relaxing facilities and nearby attractions that enhanced our family bonding experience.

The W New York - Times Square exceeded my expectations with its unbeatable location in the heart of Times Square. I'll be back for the stunning views!

A such wonderful way to end my weekend.

Booked it for 4 days and had a perfect experience. Staff were brilliant, hotel was reasonably clean, set in busy area not far from the subway and Times Square and great restaurants. It was non-smoking and had essentials we needed.

Totally felt like a kid again. Travel tip: Always start your day with a hearty breakfast to fuel your adventures!

The W Times Square is all about the location - right in the heart of it all. Fast check-in, safe atmosphere, and a convenient gym. The rooms were a bit lackluster, with small amenities. No special birthday mention, unaccommodating staff, and noisy construction. But friendly housekeeping and a decent bathroom saved the day.

Ideal location for departure to places of interest. Restaurants all around, including the excellent Blue Fin du W. Taxis and Uber always on the way.

In the middle of a heat wave of smells at the entrance of the hotel at the limit of the bearable. The W can't do anything about it, but it's very annoying.

The view from the room was amazing - could see Broadway, Hudson River, and even Central Park! Plus, being right in the heart of Times Square made exploring super easy. The staff were friendly and made check-in/out a breeze, a big plus after a day out and about. Only downside was the beds weren't as comfy as other W hotels, but didn't bother me much in the grand scheme of things. 🌟

Stayed at a prime city spot that felt like a trendy nightclub with awesome views of Times Square on the 44th floor. The rooms were comfy with cool bathrooms and bath supplies, lending to a great vibe for the kids. The concierge Kelly was super helpful with top-notch advice and discounts. Only slight bummer was the small wardrobe with cramped space for four people, but that didn't ruin the stellar stay 👍.

The location of the reception next to the bar makes it a very busy place at all times and that is not necessarily pleasant to all visitors. One aspect that particularly displeased me was that when I left the hotel and asked one of the managers to get me a taxi (I was on time), the attention took a long time because I could not get a taxi but also because I saw him involved trying to attend to many customers at once. And when I expressed my concern to him and asked him to tell me if he couldn't help me effectively because he was on time, another attendant appeared out of the blue to tell me why he was complaining if they (I didn't know that he was also supposedly on time) were doing their best. It seems to me that scolding a customer - I insist, worried about the time - because it expresses an understandable discomfort, is not compatible with any customer service and tarnishes the excellent attention of the other hotel employees (all of them very kind, including the one who was originally trying to help me get the taxi and who finally got it). It is as absurd as the hotel sending me an angry response to this comment.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of Times Square. We were able to easily explore the vibrant scenes and enjoy the eclectic music and food in the area. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, accommodating our room preferences and even offering complimentary drinks. We also loved the modern and comfortable room, with a clean shower and soft beds that made our stay enjoyable.

One downside was the cleanliness of the windows. They were very dirty, which prevented us from fully enjoying the view or taking pictures from our room.

The location 50 metres from the heart of Times Square is the highlight of this hotel.

A little complicated with the staff who have not stopped wanting to charge the breakfast which is included at the time of booking. It's true that a breakfast at nearly 350 eur for 4...it's worth the fight !

This hotel's location is perfect for anyone looking to be close to the action. It's just a few steps away from many great restaurants like Dos Caminos and Blue Fin. Plus, it's close to the iconic Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade route. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff was excellent and always helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the view from the room was gorgeous, especially at night.

The bathroom fixtures were slightly outdated, which detracted from the overall experience.

The local slang here is as saucy as Carmine's marinara! The epicurean journey at the restaurant had us talking for days, from mouthwatering artisanal bread to culinary treasures fit for the gods. The surrounding dining spots like Blue Fin and Dos Caminos added spicy flair to our stay.

While the room was cozy, it felt like a NYC studio apartment—compact but with character. Even though the view through dirty windows was a blurred Big Apple dream, everything else sparkled like Times Square lights.

The location was totally lit - we could walk to Central Park and catch a live show at the neon-lit Broadway. Plus, the lobby was straight out of a movie, with cool street art and funky decor that made us feel like we were in a hipster paradise.

The only bummer was that we wished the hotel had a more happening rooftop bar for us young party animals to let loose and soak up the NYC skyline at night.

The Kitchen Table is a fascinating place adorned with gold totems showcasing iconic elements from the streets of Shanghai. The intriguing canyon walk is a breathtaking recreation inspired by the ancient city of Petra, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. These unique spots added an extraordinary touch to our family's stay, creating memorable experiences.

In my wife's opinion, the addition of more family-friendly activities or play areas within the hotel premises would be beneficial for families with children.

The room had a cozy vibe with modern images of famous Barcelona icons on the accent pillows. As a guest with physical handicaps, I appreciated the comfortable and accessible layout.

Some guests might find the signature accent pillows a bit too contemporary for their liking.
